Are you passionate about mental health support to children and young people?

We are currently recruiting for a standalone part time HR Manager on a 2 year fixed term contract. The role is working 3 days per week and the client has offices in Croydon, Merton & Sutton.

Initially the role will be office based with hybrid working offered 1 day per week after a successful settling in period.

This is a newly created role for the charity due to continued growth. You will be playing a key role within the management team and have autonomy to implement you own ideas.

You will need to be CIPD level 5 or 7 to be considered for this role.

Paying £40,000 - 42,000 pro rota dependant on experience

Role

As a standalone manger you will provide guidance & advice on all HR matters as well as being responsible for all HR management to the organisation.

Duties

  • Be responsible for contracts, compliance, job descriptions, and maintaining employee records
  • Overseeing the whole recruitment process form star to finish
  • Complete all on & off boarding of staff
  • Review, develop & renew all HR policies & procedures making sure they up to date with current legislation
  • Be the lead and provide guidance to the senior management team on terms on a number of key areas including absence management, performance management, as well as terms & conditions,
  • Ensure efficient, honest and consistent management of employees within the organisation.
  • Take charge of existing HR processes and review best and effective ways to working to manage key areas
  • Potentially implementing new HR software if required
