We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. The role offers hybrid working with occasional travel to Manchester.

Paying £36,370 - 40,578 dependant on experience
You will lead the HR department by providing support to more than 500 staff working across a range of children and family, skills end employment, and health and wellbeing services.
Working in partnership with the SMT to implement HR strategies across the business
Be the lead for HR interventions as well as the risk register
Provide guidance and advice to managers as well improving standards
Review HR policies & process and making sure all up to date with current legislation and best practice
Assist with personal development plans alongside the training manager.
Overseas HR support to change management initiatives to help the business achieves its objectives
Be responsible for production of management information and annual reports for the board & executive team
Manage & overseas the HR information database
To promote & maintain positive relationships with stakeholders as well as contacts both internally and externally.
To manage HR processes in line with ISO legislation
