I'm working in partnership with a fantastic membership organisation who promote healthy living through cycling. They were founded over 100 years ago and they currently have over 60,000 members. The office is based on the outskirts of Guildford, Surrey. The office is modern and has parking for all staff. The organisation currently has around 100 employees and has grown significantly over the past couple of years.
This important temporary standalone HR Manager role will manage all aspects HR for the charity. This will involve working with all staff members on a wide range of HR generalist duties. Some of these duties will include implementing HR process, sourcing suitable applicants, Employee relation cases and learning and Development. The post holder will also need to build strong relationships across the organisation.
To be considered for this exciting temporary opportunity you must have be a HR generalist who's supported at a similar level within HR before. It would be beneficial to have experience of managing of working for a charity before. The ideal applicant will be able to hit the ground running and be passionate about HR.
