My client who's a Catholic charity that provide social care services to people from all backgrounds are looking for a forward thinking HR Manager to join their organisation on a 12 month FTC. They employ around 500 people across the UK and would like someone in the post by the end of October 2019. The charity is located in Roehampton in a large period property with landscaped gardens and views across London.
They are looking for a switched on HR Manager who'll be responsible for managing the HR department (team of 4), ensuring the day to day HR tasks are carried out to a high level.
The key responsibilities for the post include dealing with complex ER cases for the department along with corporate wide issues which may include, gender pay gap, pension statements and occupational health assessments. You'll need to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and be able to advise on HR matters. The role will also include some travel to other sites across the UK when required.
