An established international charity are seeking a HR Manager to join their organisation of 100 employees, the role is a standalone position and reports into the Director of Resources.

Main duties for the HR Manager:
Coach and advise line managers regarding employee relations queries
Oversee and ensure recruitment is managed effectively by line managers
Management of HR database
Manage payroll liaison between organisation and outsourced company
Keep up to date with employment legislation
To support the director of resources with project work
Change management
Identify and manage learning and development needs
Devise and deliver training
 
Lead on 360 appraisals
Work directly with line managers offering coaching and support

Essential criteria for the HR Manager
CIPD qualified
Proven experience of working at HR business Partner or manager level
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
Project management skills
Generalist HR knowledge
Knowledge of change management both strategic and operational
Coaching and mentoring skills
