A fantastic opportunity to work for this dynamic and well-established Social Enterprise, based at Waterloo.
Reporting to the Director of HR and responsible for the HR Administrator, you will provide the full suite of HR expertise.
Please note this is a 12 month FTC / maternity contract.
Your main responsibilities include providing expert guidance to senior managers.
Full ER responsibilities, guidence on policy and procedures and performance management.
- CIPD qualified with extensive experience in a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of employment law, recruitment and retention practices.
