HR Information and Data Analyst

A leading University in central London is looking for a full-time HR Information and Data Analyst on a nine-month fixed term contract. The University is one of the oldest and largest in the UK, as well as the most diverse. The position pays £35,104 per annum on a pro rata basis.

For the first three months, the role will provide partial back fill for the HRMI Manager with day-to-day activities. Following this, you will be responsible for researching, analysing and presenting a large data set for submission as part of the University's Athena Swan application to ensure they meet the submission requirements. Covering a three-year period, you will create a consolidated dataset of the relevant data.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience of successfully analysing and disseminating large and complex quantitative data sets and statistical analysis. You will also have strong research skills, with the ability to evaluate information and identify errors, omissions or anomalies. With experience of statistical analysis and the ability to report clear, accurate and convincing findings, you will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
