Interim HR Change Advisor
TPP are working with a National faith based charity based in Central London, you'll be working as part of a wider team of 3 people, and reporting to the HR Business Partner. You'll be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Change Programme in timely manner.
This is a hands-on role and you'll be required to manage the end to end processes across various departments including;
Reviewing business cases for change, job descriptions, and assisting with job evaluation and consultation processes which will include ensuring that any redundancy exercises are completed legally and fairly.
Applicants for this role must have a proven track record in successful delivery of change management projects ideally from identification to roll out phase.
Excellent stakeholder management, and an up to knowledge of relevant employment law, and best practice is essential.
