An established health charity based in London are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead their team of 3. The successful candidate will report into the Director or Human Resources and Organisational Development.

Main duties for the HR Business Partner:

  • Manage the HR department on a daily basis
  •  rovide advice and support to managers regarding employment, resourcing, employee relations, pay, HR policy and staff engagement matters Ensure team is kept up to date on legislation and changes
  • To work closely with the director on organisational development initiatives
  • Work closely with L&D Advisor around organisational development matters
  • Oversee occasional health provider service

Essential criteria for the HR Business Partner:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  •  Previous line management experience
  •  Previous experience of working at manager or BP level
  •  Up to date knowledge of employee relations issues
  •  Experience of delivering organisational development in particular staff engagement and cultural exchange
  •  Ability to analyse complex data
