A well-established disability charity based in London are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
The successful candidate will be supporting the HR Director to deliver an effective and proactive human resource service to its operational managers.
Main duties for the HR Business Partner:
Along with the Director of HR provide a proactive and accurate human resources advisory service
Contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy
Work with operational managers to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
Assist with change management processes and restructures
Provide HR business focused advice
Provide support with investigations on performance
Hold regular briefings with managers to ensure they are aware of changes in employment legislation
Regular reviews of policies and procedures
Support with HR project work
Essential criteria for the HR Business Partner:
CIPD qualified or equivalent
Excellent working knowledge of UK employment and case law
Proven track record of working within a busy HR environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Knowledge of HR best practice
Ability to engage and build relationships with all management levels
Excellent writing skills
Previous experience of performance management procedures
