Are you a HR Business Partner looking for a new permanent opportunity in the non-profit sector? Would you like to work for an international think tank, offering hybrid working?

This international research non-profit organisation, founded over sixty years ago aims to inspire people to act on injustice and inequality through collaborative research and ideas that matter for people and the planet.

The organisation's HQ is located close to Blackfriars and Southwark. They offer great hybrid working, where you will be required to attend the office only a few times per month. The HR Business Partner will be part of a HR team of seven, who are all supportive and passionate about what they do.

The purpose of this important permanent HR Business Partner job, paying between £45,000-£53,000 is to provide excellent support to the organisation on a daily basis. The organisation has recently moved to a business partner module and one of the important projects is to support in the development of this.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Provide HR advice relating to each stage of the employment-life cycle.
  • Analyse trends and metrics and make recommendations to help develop high performing teams.
  • Consult on and help resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Advise on wellbeing issues and solutions.
  • Help line managers create optimal employee engagement.
  • Take the lead on designated HR projects.

This dynamic HR Business Partner will work with all areas of the organisation, including trade union representatives, building strong relationships and influencing others. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner with excellent employment law and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion knowledge.
