Are you a confident HR Business Partner/ HR Advisor looking for a new exciting opportunity to join a highly respectable and global youth charity? Do you have experience in dealing with complex Employee relation cases and have employment law knowledge? Are you Interested in working for a youth charity that specialises in supporting young children to have fulfilling roles and experiences in their communities?
We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work closely with Regional & Retail Area Managers on HR operations across the employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, ER cases and talent management with a particular focus on helping build a strong retail vison to drive profit through people.
Your main responsibilities will be to work collaboratively with Retail Area Managers to identify hiring needs, advise on selection methods, attend interviews and meet new joiners for an induction.
You will take an integral role providing specialist HR advice and guidance on complex and sensitive ER matters. Advise, coach and give feedback to managers to improve their skills. You will build personal development and succession plans to support internal promotions of high performing staff.
The successful candidate will undertake a regional role with 3-4 days travel per week and 1-2 days in London or Birmingham and have a clean driving license. You must have a CIPD Qualification, ideally to CIPD Level 5. Experience of supporting a charity retail / Charity or small fast-paced company as a HR BP or HR Advisor. You will be emotionally intelligent, assertive yet kind, patient and caring. With your resilient manner, you have experience in ER, training and development and have employment law knowledge.
There will be a 2-stage interview process and the first stage is on 8th January with an Interview with a member of the HR team and an interview with 2 Retail Managers on 9 or 10th January with a start date at the end of January.
