TPP's client is a well-respected membership organisation, situated near Charing Cross; they are looking for a brilliant HR Business Partner.
This medium size charity (100 people), have a progressive working culture and our looking for a MCIPD professional who can assist in operational and strategic work, with a willingness to back this up with evidence.
With not many ER issues, you would be only dealing with the more complex cases, they want you to understand that Human Resources is a customer service role that helps facilitates the business.
In this organisation they have a culture of recognition to hard workers, offering annual pay reviews and deliver quality performance reviews. With a "can do attitude" you will easily be able to fit in well to this membership body.
This role won't limit you to being stuck behind the desk, with regional offices based in the South West, Lancashire, Oxfordshire and obviously the head office in London; this will be perfect for someone who wants to see new parts of the country and is open to staying overnight in some of these locations, and all expenses are paid for.
Applicants must have a proven track in similar where they delivered both strategic and operational services, who are CIPD level 7 qualified.
