TPP are currently working on behalf of a health charity based in West London to recruit their HR Business Partner for a 6-month fixed term role J61765JH paying £40,000

Short description of role:

*To work closely alongside managers, as a credible and respected HR Business Partner, embedding a strategic approach to Human Resources and People Change.
*To focus on supporting current key HR and People Change projects, including developing and embedding people policies.
*Review of absence management policy;
*Development of management of change guidelines;

Getting ready for the GDPR:

To be involved in and support key processes, such as recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, pay administration including the monthly payroll, health and welfare and absence management in order to meet the Charity's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

To play a strong role in complex, cross functional projects, taking the lead where required.
To forge close working relationships with managers offering a responsive, high quality HR service.
Utilise HR management information and workforce planning data to identify people management requirements and performance issues and to resolve them, and establish credibility as an expert in strategic HR within the organisation
Coach, support, and challenge managers to be the best they can be to inspire excellence in their own and their staff performance.
To be the operational lead on the complete spectrum of complex employment relations issues including, but not limited to disciplinary, capability, grievance, sickness absence, dignity at work, organisational change and restructuring, offering line managers professional HR advice and support at each stage of the process, and promoting good employment relations practice

The ideal candidate:
CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience
Experience in a fast paced, innovative environment
Knowledge and experience of advising on complex HR issues and employee relations
Strong relationship building skills, achieving positive shared outcomes and feedback
