I am currently representing a fantastic health charity who is committed to research, care and support those in need. With these attributes making up the DNA of the organisation, naturally this follows through down to the culture of their work place, which is warm, friendly and supportive.
They are now seeking to recruit a new permanent HR Business Partner, who will report directly into the Head of HR to take a lead on projects as well as contribute significantly to the organisation being a key player within the charity sector. The salary for this role is paying in the range of ?45,000.
Your remit will include leading on and adding value to the charity?s recruitment and selection service by attracting and retaining talent, providing a first-class advisory service to various senior management and heads of teams in all areas of human resource management, close collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner to monitor and ensure the charity is implementing new legislation.
As you settle into the role, you will also play an active part in managing the job evaluation process within the organisation alongside the Senior HR Business Partner as well as working with Directorates to ensure any restructuring and change initiatives are planned and coordinated effectively.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those of you who identify yourselves as a business focussed generalist with HR management experience. You will previously have managed complex Employee Relations issues and won?t be new to implementing change programmes.
