Are you a HR Assistant looking for a new and exciting position working for a charity? Are you looking for a HR role that offers hybrid working?

I am working in partnership with a national Health charity who are looking to employ a HR Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. The charity aims to help make the population healthier through research and delivering health care. They believe good health will lead to a thriving society.

This important HR Assistant position which is paying £15.32 per hour and will support a busy but friendly HR team in a wide range of duties. You will play a key role in the monthly payroll administration, ensuring changes are made and employees are paid on time. You will work with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment life cycle runs smoothly and new employees are onboarded successfully. You will also maintain and update the HR and recruitment database, recommending any improvements. Furthermore, you will help book and run training sessions to employees and manage the Head of HR's diary.

This temporary to permanent HR Assistant opportunity will allow someone to become a valuable member of the HR team along with being given the opportunity to develop their HR career.

The role offers hybrid working and the organisations HQ is located in central London near train and tube stations. My client would like someone in post by the middle to end of October 2021.
