I'm working with an independent health charity on a two-month temporary HR Assistant role based at their central London head office. The charity aims to make people's lives healthier through research, analysis and looking at the current health care system.

The purpose of this HR Assistant is to support the HR team (3 people) and the 120 staff. The key duties of this temporary job will be to manage the recruitment administration and staff benefits process. You'll be maintaining the HR database and coordinate the HR committee meetings where you'll minute take. Furthermore, you'll compile important HR statistics for the Head of HR along with dealing with HR queries from staff.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and be CIPD qualified. A knowledge of HR payroll systems and the recruitment cycle is essential. The HR team is friendly and supportive and they feel a highly organised and proactive HR applicant would fit the team well.
