HR and Payroll Coordinator

I am working exclusively with an education charity who are looking to recruit a temporary HR and Payroll Coordinator for around 3 months. The charity aims to help children and young people who are struggling with school life. They work with families to help eradicate low attendance , anti-social behaviour and other factors that may affect a child's education. The charity has been around for over 35 years and their head office is in east London.

The key responsibilities of this important HR and Payroll Coordinator job includes managing the recruitment process, compliance and onboarding of new staff members and maintaining the HR system. The post holder will oversee and update the payroll records, ensuring the monthly payroll is correct. Furthermore, you will support colleagues when organising Wellbeing and Training events for internal staff.

If you are a HR professional who has non-profit experience then this could be a great opportunity for you. The job is office based so you must be comfortable travelling to east London on a daily basis. This role will suit someone who is passionate about HR, has good attention to detail and a can-do attitude to work.
