This charity is located close to the main street. It's about a 10 minute bus ride from the train station. The office is situated on a quiet street with parking.
The HR and Learning Systems Consultant will be supporting the Deputy Director of People & OD in modernising the charities People Services systems and processes.
You'll be helping the charity deliver strategic and operational goals which will allow charity to develop and grow over the coming years.
The key duties of the role is to collaborate with the different areas of the charity and identify what's needed. You will plan and manage the tender process for the new People services systems along with evaluation of the responses and feeding back.
The chosen candidate will have a track record of procuring a user-friendly HR and LMS platform. You'll need to help launch and over see the LMS system druing your time with the charity, providing solutions to any problems that arise.
You must have experience of working to deadlines and budgets. It's an integral role for the charity and really could propel them forward for years to come
