I am working in partnership with a forward-thinking educational non-profit organisation on a permanent HR and L&D Administrator job. The organisation helps prepare and develop teachers and trainers for the education and training sector. The job is paying £25,000 per annum and you will be given the opportunity to play a key role within the HR team on a daily basis.

It is an exciting time to join the organisation who are growing and working on a number of interesting projects. The HR team consists of five HR professionals who are supportive and personable. The office is located in central London, close to both overground and underground stations.

This generalist HR job requires someone to support in all aspects of HR and L&D administration. You will help manage the recruitment process and maintain and update the HR system. As an important part of the L&D team you will book training for staff and manage the L&D inbox. Finally you will also be the first point of contact for HR queries.
