I'm working exclusively with a brilliant non-profit education organisation on a permanent HR Advisor role. Through extensive training this organisation creates world class teachers, leaders and trainers for the Further Education sector.

They're based in the heart of London near the Victoria tube and train station. Their office is modern, and the HR team is really friendly. The organisation is looking to double in size over the next couple of years so it's an exciting time to join.

The HR Advisor will support the Head of HR and lead on a number of key areas. Part of the job will include recruitment, payroll, HR policies, Employee relations, L&D and HR projects. As you can see this is a true HR generalist position so you must be able to provide advice and support to colleagues and managers on a daily basis. This means that all interested applicants must have a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.

My clients looking for a HR Advisor who's CIPD level 5 or above and who's supported at an Advisor level previously. You must be able to mange high level ER cases along with the recruitment process. A strong understanding of HR systems is also very important for this role.
