A fantastic Youth Organisation, based near Victoria, is looking to take someone on an 18th month contract at a HR Advisor.
This newly created contract will expect the HR Advisor to assist with not only generalist HR duties, but to also take lead on a number of projects they are looking to run.
Projects will include the HR Advisor to strategise and implement a Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, take lead on a benefits and compensation review and also do a complete 360 cycle of implementing a new HRIS and ATS. This client currently uses a system called HR.net which is now proving to be a very manual process so they would like someone to come in to do a complete review and choose a system fitting with the goals and vision.
This role is a fixed-term contract to June 2020 and is paying between £38,000 and £44,000 with the top end for those people who have led on very similar projects.
