Based a short walk from Farringdon, this international charity needs a HR advisor to join the team for the next 12 months.
You will need experience within casework, on topics such as absenteeism, performance management and disciplinaries in line with current employment law. The creation and implementation of their policies will be a core focus of the role as you will be the first point of contact regarding HR policy queries.
You will also take an active part to coach managers to help improve and develop their teams' performance to benefit that of the company. You will also support these managers with routine ER cases including disciplinary, grievance and capability issues.
The organisation is going through a period of change at the moment and are ideally looking for someone who has dealt with ER cases during organisational restructure. You will also need to have a strong emotional intelligence to help build the trust and a great working relationship between all employees.
