This Government body is recruiting a confident HR Advisor to work as part of wider HR team and assist in attendance and wellbeing cases across the organisation and payroll and benefit.
During your 3-month contract (with a chance of extension) you're going to be supporting an experienced and established team of 17 HR professionals who work in cohesion with each other to deliver a high-quality service to the organisation.
Being part of the Attendance and Wellbeing subdivision, they are looking for you to provide experienced administrative support across the HR function as well as providing advise and support to staff and the HR team to meet company policies.
You will also assist with integrating the new HRIS and outsourced payroll by contributing to the method of HR Processes, troubleshooting and training colleagues in the new systems. You will also need to understand that HR is a customer service role and you will be helping facilitate the business.
Applicants for this role must have experience in ideally a dual HR/Payroll role ideally within a similar organisation and must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of HR and payroll duties.
