This is a 6 months fixed term contract, reporting the HR Business Manager and working as part of wider HR team. The successful applicants will be responsible for change management and ensuring the HR team is offering sufficient service to its stakeholder.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Providing advice and support to the Change Management team on the appropriate HR procedures
- Assisting on consultation and redundancies procedures
- Liaise with Unions
- Conduct individual assessments and department assessments
- Draft formal letters and any other correspondence for formal consultations
Applicants with strong knowledge of UK Employment Law, good stakeholder management at various levels, ideally on an international scale, who have a proven track record in change management, TUPE & consultation should apply for this role.
This is an immediate start role based in Oxford, with onsite parking facilities, and flexible working hours and working from home.
