TPP are working on behalf of a domestic violence charity to recruit a HR Advisor for a one year maternity contract.
Our client is based near Tower Hill and they are ideally looking for someone to start asap paying from £30,000 - £35,000.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of HR with one direct report this is a generalist role covering:
Learning and development
Payroll, Benefits and Pensions
CIPD qualified or equivalent
Evidence of continual professional development
Demonstrable experience of providing generalist human resources support to a diverse client group
Experience of organisational change: TUPE and/or restructures
Experience of managing a range of employee relations issues including, disciplinary, sickness absence, maternity, flexible working etc.
Experience of up to date knowledge of recruitment trends and managing the full cycle of recruitment activities
Experience of analysing workforce and management information across the full range of HR statistics and producing effective reports benchmarking against external data
Staff management experience
Experience of reviewing and drafting policies, procedures and management guidance
