As a pivotal member of the team, you will spend your time responding to a variety of casework and providing a first-class service of advice and guidance to staff whilst working closely with senior managers and different levels of staff throughout the charity.
Have full responsibility of providing professional, business focused and best practice advice across the organisation.
Keep in contact with your directorate on a weekly basis to ensure you are building effective relations and a two-way flow of information is happening.
