TPP are working with an Education organisation based in St Albans who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. There is the potential for this position to be made permanent.
The HR Administrator will be tasked with providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective management of the HR Office. You'll get great exposure to all HR disciplines throughout the role.
This role is paying £11.80 PAYE and is for 1 month initially and the working hours are 25 hours per week.
Day to day you'll be involved with recruitment and employee relations, providing support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Essential criteria to apply for this position include:
HR administrative experience, including exposure to HR databases
Effective communicator with an excellent attention to detail
Proactive and strong organisation skills
