Are you a HR graduate, looking for a permanent HR Administrator job? Would you like to work in the non-profit sector?
I am working in partnership with an International Think Tank who are keen to recruit a HR graduate to join their friendly and supportive HR team. Their HQ is in central London and the position offers hybrid working.
This brilliant permanent HR Administrator opportunity is paying £25,000 per annum and will allow someone to develop and grow throughout their time working for the organisation. You will be part of a professional HR team where you will play a key role in providing generalist HR support to the employees.
The key responsibilities involve:
- Recruitment administration. You will support with the full applicant management, writing adverts, booking in interviews and helping with the onboarding process.
- Absence administration. You will record leave requests, sickness absence and associated self-certification forms.
- New joiner and leaver administration. Reference checking and other pre-employment checks. Co-ordinating the induction process and leaver administration.
- General HR administration which comprises of booking training for staff, updating HR forms and assisting on HR projects.
This is the perfect opportunity for a someone who is looking to start their HR career or who has a year's experience. The HR Administrator must be prepared to take ownership of their responsibilities, be organised and have excellent communication skills.
