6 months FTC - start ASAP
This HR Administrator role is a 6 months FTC working for one UK'S leading medical groups, who are based in the City of London.
Reporting to the HR Advisor, and working as part of a wider team of 4 people you'll assist with the day to day running of the operational HR functions and will interact with key stakeholders including Locality Managers, department heads, and medical professionals including GP's and Nurses. This role will allow you the opportunity to work autonomously and will give you exposure to a wide range of HR activities including, on boarding of new starters, recruitment process, payroll, performance management and ER.
You'll be required to administer and support the stakeholders and the HR Advisor in these areas, therefore experience in a similar role ideally within the health care industry will be welcomed. Applicants with general administrative experience who have a keen interest in working in HR are also encouraged to apply. Relevant qualifications such as CIPD is greatly advantageous.
This HR Administrator role is an exciting opportunity for those starting out or at early stages of their HR career and my client is offering a 6 months contract with a salary of up to £23k per annum.
