A leading HE regulatory body are recruiting for a Higher Education Manager to be responsible for the HE services as well as providing secretariat services for an external organisation.
The main responsibilities of both parts of the role include:
? To maintain and develop current HE provider relationships
? To promote the organisation with the HE sector
? To contribute towards HE policy development
? To advise the CEO of HE Policy developments
? To organise and attend HE events hosted or attended by the organisation
? To investigate mechanisms for developing data collection in liaison with stakeholders
? To manage and co-ordinate membership services, including fee collection
? To provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to key stakeholders
? To service the Executive and Committee and Council meetings including drawing up agendas, inviting members, recording minutes and support in follow-up actions resulting from the meetings.
? To manage, promote and organize workshops and seminars
? To take overall management, including finances, for events
? To manage financial matters and to liaise with local accountants and auditors
? To maintain and update website
