An innovative, tenacious, forward thinking and progressive environmental charity based in central London are currently actively recruiting for a High Value Relationships Assistant on a 3-month contract basis to start asap. The role has great scope to potentially develop into a longer-term role and the role will encompass a busy schedule that will allow the successful candidate to further develop and hone their existing skill set.
Key areas of responsibility for this role will include:
*Assist with event logistics planning, ensuring all aspects of the charity's Christmas celebration event in December 2019 is delivered efficiently, effectively and with the highest quality of customer care.
*General administrative support for the High Value Relationships Team, including answering general enquiries and thanking process.
*Role model the organisations values and behaviours
*Support Team colleagues as so directed and help support other teams as so requested
Essential requirements for this role will also include:
* Available to work on one evening of December 2019 for a key event (probably the 18th or 19th December TBC)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail
