A permanent, full-time or part-time Healthcare Assistant job in Clapham with a salary between £19,500 - £23,400.

Your new organisation

An established GP surgery located in the easily accessible area of Clapham, London.

This surgery runs multiple services such as nursing services and family planning/contraception, alongside clinics for chronic diseases such diabetes and asthma.

This GP Surgery upholds the highest standards of patient-centered care and support and they are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team to help them continue this success.

Your new role

As the Healthcare Assistant, your job will involve providing advice, support and guidance to the patients of the surgery.

Your duties will involve things such as taking blood samples, new patients health checks and some chronic disease management e.g. diabetic foot checks and spirometry.

You ideally will be able to commit to 3-5 days per week.

About you

You will hold demonstrable experience within a Healthcare Assistant job in a GP setting, with experience in phlebotomy and chronic disease management. You will hold a warm and emphatic approach to patients, alongside a proactive work attitude and excellent communication skills.
