Our client is a major provider of homelessness accommodation in London supporting people of all ages in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, by providing housing, support and guidance to empower them towards independent living and to building a better life.
The have an exciting vacancy for a Health and Wellbeing Manager to continue the development of the existing successful volunteer counselling service and health and wellbeing service.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (Counselling, Therapeutic, Drug & Alcohol or similar) and have experience of managing volunteers and have the vision to progress and grow the service and will be able monitor and evaluate its success.
The role will be based in Croydon with occasional travel to other London Boroughs

This role will work in partnership internally and externally to oversee the successful delivery of a volunteer counselling service and develop health and wellbeing provision within our services. Monitoring of delivery and outcomes will play an important part in this role.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (Counselling, Therapeutic, Drug or Alcohol or other relevant area of work) and have experience of managing volunteers and delivering training/workshops.
You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team, and so will need to demonstrate a positive and inclusive approach. You must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
