TPP are recruiting for a Children's charity who help thousands of young people. They campaign to get laws and policies changed to make children's lives happier and safer.

Do you have a wealth of experience in Supporter care or fund-raising operations?

This organisation are looking for someone to transform the current supporter care team to become the beating heart of the Supporter insight. The vision is this will be a dynamic team that monitors how well communications are received and shape future plans.

They are in the tender process for changing the supporter data base to a cloud based solution. The successful applicant will have an integral part in on-boarding this system and training teams.

This role would also oversee the legacy administration team. Ensuring our legacy work is kept on the radar across peers and regularly monitored is vital.

You would be highly skilled at managing people and at ease negotiating with suppliers and influencing at all levels.

The purpose of this role: A leadership role in the supporter communities and Groups team which sits within our ambitious supporter impact and income directorate. You will develop and implement new and innovative approaches to supporter centricity and drive continuous improvements in the way they work.

Some of the activities:

* Ensure that Gift aid processes and systems deliver timely and optimal Gift Aid submissions in line with HMRC regulations.

* Report on the legacy pipeline and develop key indicators with the legacy and compliance manager so that we have the right set of controls and measures in place to effectively manage legacy gifts.

* Oversee the management of external agencies to ensure that outsourced fulfilment ( eg. donation processing, response handling, and stock despatch ) is delivered in accordance with agreed service levels and to budget.
