An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading children's health charity which had an income of 23 million last year. The charity has an excellent reputation nationally and now they want to extend this internationally by bringing together two previously separate brands.
The main aim of the role is to produce and lead the implementation of the direct marketing programme to recruit supporters. This will involve researching and developing new supporter recruitment opportunities, with focus on recruiting supporters with the best potential lifetime value and activities which will have the most impact on the charities aims. You will also be responsible for the management and development of the Supporter recruitment team, comprising four direct reports.
You will have a proven track record in managing direct marketing programmes to recruit supporters. You will also have experience of managing large income and expenditure. Finally, you will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will receive a salary of £39,744 to £46,403 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus Christmas to New Year closure, 5.5% pension contribution, annual incremental pay rise plus cost of living increase in June. Flexibly working allowances might be considered once embedded in the role.
