TPP's Fundraising and Development team are supporting a leading disability charity with the search to a Head of Supporter Experience vacancy. The role will lead on developing and delivering a new strategy to ensure an exceptional unified supporter experience across the charity.

In this role, you will drive innovation in supporter marketing and communications, improve personalised journeys that increase loyalty, retention and lifetime value and drive income growth. This position will play a key role in the development and implementation of the charity's first major long-term integrated marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of leading, motivating and developing a diverse team to deliver/exceed agreed targets, and have extensive experience of marketing/direct marketing in a charity/agency role.
