A well-established charity based in London are seeking a Head of Supporter Engagement to join their team.
The successful candidate will manage the fundraising operations team who deliver support, tools and training to the fundraising divisions. The successful candidate will also lead of fundraising innovation.
Main duties for the Head of Supporter Engagement:
To work across multiple teams to ensure excellent supporter journey
To provide fundraising team with the right tools and resources to facilitate high standards of cultivation and stewardship
To lead of a new training plan to improve supporter journey and donor relationship
To lead of championing innovation, identifying gaps and opportunities
To work with the marketing team to develop a forward looking fundraising communications plan
To lead on best practice
Essential criteria for the Head of Supporter Engagement:
Strong knowledge of individual stewardship and supporter/ customer care principles
Proven track record engaging multiple and senior stakeholders
Experienced within management and development
Experience of managing staff who have targets
Project management experience
