An International charity based in London are seeking an experienced Supporter Care professional to lead their fundraising operations. You will have overall responsibility for a team of 7 with 3 direct reports.

Main duties for the Head of Supporter Care:
Oversee and ensure high standard of quality is delivered to all supporters and general enquiries
Management of compliance in regards to legislation and fundraising regulatory requirements
Oversee the data function, ensuring efficient administration and processes are followed
Management of community fundraising income stream
Working closely with the Fundraising Director to produce and deliver community strategy
Direct line management of 3 members of staff
Provide updates and committee reports
Devise departmental strategy and annual budgets

Essential criteria for the Head of Supporter Care:
Strong line management and development experience
Previous experience of working at a strategic level
Strong knowledge and experience of supporter care and database management within the charity sector
Understanding of fundraising would desirable
Up to date legislation knowledge
Ability to review, update and write policies and procedures
