You will lead and develop a large team of 18 professionals, being accountable for all KPIs across the department and taking responsibility for planning, developing and managing a variety of campaigns and student recruitment activities. As well as driving the use of market, competitor and channel insights to inform the strategy, you will also align the marketing of the University with the broader brand to engage best with their target audience. You will also ensure that the customer experience of prospective students leads to the acquisition, conversion and retention of engaged and loyal customers.
In order to make success of this role, you will be highly creative, and results driven, as well as possessing the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders. As well as a relevant Marketing qualification, you will have extensive experience of the Higher Education sector and demonstrable experience of developing and implementing campaigns and marketing initiatives that have delivered a positive impact.
