A values focused awarding body based in the Home Counties are looking to recruit a Head of Standards and Quality who will also take on the Responsible Officer role to lead on the quality and standards across the awarding body ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
As someone who is an expert in awarding body compliance you will be responsible for setting and maintaining internal parameters for qualifications development and delivery, centre engagement, compliance and standards ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement are embedded.
Managing a two direct reports as well as having responsibility for the external EQAs and Quality Panellists, you will have previous experience of developing and overseeing quality assurance and/or internal audit with an awarding body including implementing and managing self assessment processes.
Ideally you will have been a Responsible Officer previously, however if you have deputised or had hands on experience in this area then we are still keen to hear from you!
