About the organisation:

TPP’s client is an independent charity for people affected by crime and traumatic events in England and Wales. With over 40 years’ experience, the charity has offered to support just under 1 million people in the last year.

The Role:

Reporting into the Services Director, you will be responsible for a range of services that support victims of crime. You will be accountable for the delivery of the core victims’ pan-London contract with the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), which has an annual value of £6 million. Working closely with CJS partners, you will work collaboratively to improve the victims journey through the criminal justice system. You will be responsible for 4 Area Managers who run local services, and responsible for the Service User Involvement Coordinator. You will be supporting the Services Director in the ‘Change Programme’, leading on the introduction of a service user involvement initiative, and producing monitoring reports and performance.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have excellent management experience in leading a geographically dispersed service team of Area Managers, and have successful management of high value contracts (exceeding £1 million) over a large geographical area. You will also have an understanding of contract terms and delivery of contract requirements, and have the ability to develop and implement deliverable service implementation, improvement plans and project plans.
