An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading children's health charity that had an income of £23 million last year. The charity has an excellent reputation nationally and now they want to extend this internationally by bringing together two previously separate brands.
You will lead and manage the Relationship and Partnership Fundraising team to develop and execute the existing fundraising strategy for FY18/19. This will cover challenge events, community, corporate and major donor fundraising activities. From this you will develop innovative marketing opportunities, events, fundraising products and propositions.
You will a have a good track record of results/ income generation. You will be a strong leader and strategic thinker. You will be able to demonstrate success across a range of income streams. You will also have excellent leadership and line management skills. Finally, you will be able to motivate and inspire others.
You will receive a salary of £39,774 - £46,403 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus Christmas to New Year closure, 5.5% pension contribution and an annual incremental pay rise, plus cost of living increase in June. Flexible working allowances might be considered once embedded in the role.
