TPP is proud to be working in exclusive partnership with The Charity for Civil Servants to recruit a Head of Regular Giving. The position is permanent and paying between £50k to £52k. The organisation is based in Cheam, Surrey but welcomes applicants who wish to work remotely, permanently.

The Organisation

You will be joining a well-established and financially stable charity which has serious growth plans. The charity provides a range of support to present and former civil servants including their financial dependants - services are provided to assist with financial issues, mental health, disability, relationships, and bereavement.

The Role

Regular giving accounts for the vast majority of the Charity's income - in turn, a large amount comes from F2F fundraising. The Charity has ambitious plans to grow this in the next decade and is looking for a candidate who can develop and implement a regular giving strategy, along with inspiring a dedicated team of fundraisers and data professionals. You will ensure acquisition and retention KPI's are met to maximise income. This will be achieved by enhancing existing channels but also through developing new channels such as digital and other engaging means. Finally, you will deputise for the Assistant Director of Fundraising when required.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in growing individual giving programmes across a diverse range of channels online and offline. You will have proven experience of implementing fundraising strategies with a significant income track record. You will have sound knowledge of fundraising regulation and an awareness of the regular giving landscape and the challenges it faces. You will also have a deep understanding of supporter journeys and how to ensure donor engagement is maximised. Finally, you will have excellent people management skills to inspire and influence a team of dedicated fundraisers.

You will benefit from 25 days holiday increasing to 28 after one year. You will receive a competitive pension (3%-7% matched and doubled), cycle to work scheme, access to health plans, flexible working, and access to the same services that the Charity provides to Civil Servants
