An international, not for profit, awarding organisation are recruiting for a new role with them- Head of Quality and Compliance.
Managing a team of 7 across two countries (London and Hong Kong) you will be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of over 700 worldwide centres in over 70 countries, as well as maintain the integrity of qualifications taking the lead on Ofqual compliance activity and maintaining their ISO 9001 accreditation.
As someone who has experience managing a quality and compliance function within a regulated AO, ideally with a network of international centres, you will lead on developing and implementing a Quality Strategy, as well as taking responsibility for centre registration, approval/renewal systems and manage operational communications with the growing portfolio of centres across the world.
Based in the 50 strong Awards Team, you will be part of the SMT as well as work closely with internal colleagues across the organisation such as the Qualifications and Assessment Teams to ensure product quality, as well as with the business development team to ensure products are positioned correctly in the market.

This role will involve frequent travel throughout the year, although some periods are busier then others, to Asia and the USA.
