A global specialist awarding body are recruiting for a Head of Qualifications to manage a team of 8 and the development of an expanding qualification portfolio.
As someone who is a dynamic self-starter committed to delivering work of the highest quality and has a track record of working with high-quality qualifications and assessments, and experience of exam and candidate management software, you will manage the production of qualification specifications, reviewing and updating of qualification content and implementation of assessment solutions.
You will have excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills in order to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, and use your experience of managing and motivating teams to deliver successful outcomes in order to lead an eight-person team of subject specialists to optimise qualification validity and availability.
Using your experience of working effectively in a zero-error/continuous improvement environment, as well as your meticulous attention to detail, you will be responsible for maintaining assessment standards and best practice.
Ideally you will experience of digital transformation in an awarding organisation/professional body setting and have excellent project management skills in order to anticipates issues, prioritises and work to tight deadlines.
