I'm looking for the next inspirational leader to join this charity to lead and grow the income from major donors and trusts and foundations. This is an exciting role because there has already been a lot of groundwork done however the successful applicant will really be able to put their stamp on the role and will be able to drive forward success.

You will be leading a team of three people to deliver against targets, all of whom are experienced but who will need coaching and mentoring, you will also lead on establishing processes and working cross-organisationally on projects to raise the organisation's profile. You will also be building strong, multi-layered relationships with donors, leading by example.

You will need to be confident, people focused and highly analytical, this organisation need someone who can evaluate ways of working and creatively think of solutions. You will have experience of soliciting donations from individuals and trusts and foundations of significant value. Being donor focused is so important to this role and you will need to work collaboratively with other teams.
