The TPP Fundraising and Development team are supporting an established London-based health charity with the search for a Head of Partnerships (Account Management). In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of staff with the responsibility for account management and delivery of a portfolio of large existing corporate partnerships.
You will manage and lead a best in class partnerships team, driving growth to maximise income and brand reach. You will work with colleagues in the Corporate Engagement and Partnerships team to develop and deliver a successful corporate strategy, and you will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of long term, high-value, and industry admired partnerships with organisations that not only deliver income and engagement but that also directly contribute to the achievement of the organisation's charitable aims.
You will bring a proven track record of leading a team that supports and drives 6 and 7 figure corporate partnerships including employee engagement, commercial and strategic partnerships. You will have in-depth experience of strategic planning and budget setting, and experience of working with corporate business leaders at the most senior level. You will also have proven experience of meeting and exceeding team income targets.
