TPP are working with a leading UK charity brand to recruit a maternity cover for their Head of New Partnerships. The Head of New Partnerships will be responsible for managing the development and success of the new business team of 4, as well as leading new business opportunities within existing partners with the account management team. This charity specialises in long term strategic partnerships and there are some incredibly interesting projects to lead on over the coming year. You will be required to meet and pitch to key clients or potential partners when necessary.

We are looking for someone with a significant career and strong track record in new business in the charity sector. You will be able to lead by example, as well as develop and nurture the team to fulfil their potential. You will have experience of setting up or developing strategic partnerships £100k+.
