A well-established national charity are seeking a Head of Operations to manage strategy and development within their regional offices.

Main duties for the Head of Operations:
Managing Logistics, rotas, budgets and staff management
Overall responsibility for national centres
Review and develop current KPI's and reporting on performance
To produce SWAT analysis on current services and approach, work with managers to improve
To provide link between centres and HR
To attend and be involved in any media/ press related meetings for the charity
To devise assessment and monitoring tools to improve service
To provide management information to CEO and Deputy CEO
To plan and manage staff conference
Deputise for the Operations Director when required

Essential criteria for the Head of Operations:
Previous track record of managing regional/ multisite
Previous knowledge of managing multi-site operation structure with complex KPI's
Excellent communicator and ability to build strong relationships quickly
Highly numerate with strong budget management skills
Previous experience of gathering and analysing complex data and producing management
Previous experience of evaluating the implementation of policies and procedures
Ability to communicate with press and act as an excellent spokesperson for the organisation
Will have NFP experience
